Departmental Budget & OperationsAs UBSC's director of budget and operations, Kathy: conducts budget research and creates specialized reports assists in managing system and enterprise wide contracts for various projects; drafting agreements for review by supervisor oversees division office manager and activities related to this area oversees division employee files, staff payroll and performance processes, asset management and retention reporting tracks expenditures and revenue for UBSC and PDS conducts in-depth budget briefing sessions with division leadership reviews production expenditures and inventory, creates related reports when necessary OFFICE LOCATION: University Services Building
