Strategic CommunicationsAs UBSC's Sr. Director of University Relations, Melisa: Coordinates and creates content to support strategies that help build positive university exposure and create meaningful conversations with UNT's audiences Works closely with the UNT Police Department and UNT Facilities to help provide valuable, accurate information for media inquiries and other colleges and departments, as needed Creates communication plans for university-wide campaigns Monitors the UNT brand throughout social media and guides the university-wide social media efforts by developing social media strategies to increase engagement and evaluate analytics to improve the university's primary accounts Consults with departments across campus to help guide them on successful communication strategies for their units OFFICE LOCATION: University Services Building
