As one of UBSC's social media specialist, Alicia:
- outlines, creates and executes UNT's content strategies as they relate to social media
and engages with users on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media channels
for the university's primary accounts
- monitors the UNT brand throughout social media
- helps to coordinate and create content to support strategies that build university
exposure and create meaningful conversations with UNT's audiences
- creates communication plans for university-wide campaigns and social media campaigns
- monitors engagement, creates reports and makes recommendation to help Social Media
team evaluate success and shift social strategies as necessary for continued improvements
- consults with departments across campus to guide them on successful social media strategies
for their unit channels
