As a UBSC administrative coordinator, Deborah:

  • Assists the directors of Integrated Communications and Brand Marketing/Technology with various team projects, as assigned
  • Manages calendars and schedules meetings for both directors, as well as managing the workflow of assigned directors
  • Helps to monitor and track budgets for each area and helps to plan budgets for special projects.
  • Performs administrative and clerical work for a diverse group of staff under the direction of these two directors, as needed to assist the division's Office Manager
  • Serves as a team player and pitches in where needed/asked to support the overall goals of the Division of University Brand Strategy and Communications
