As the UBSC Senior Associate Director for Recruitment Marketing, Kelley:
- oversees the development of recruitment marketing plans and strategy in collaboration
with the Division of Enrollment
- provides oversight on student recruitment campaigns and communications, both print
and electronic, to attract first time in college, transfer and graduate students
- collaborates with units across UNT to align UNT's strategic messaging in all materials
- applies marketing research and best practices to the creation of new marketing techniques
and materials
