Nola Kemp

As UNT's design manager, Nola:

• provides design direction for the design area on all UBSC projects
• hires, selects, manages and trains a team of competent and skilled graphic designers
• collaborates with leadership, PMO, and project teams to properly coordinate projects effectively and efficiently
• assigns and delegates projects and tasks while providing oversight to make sure they are completed correctly and on time
• ensures design work engages the appropriate strategy; is visually appealing and brand compliant
• contributes as a designer by creating and conceptualizing designs for a diverse range of projects
• consults with campus units on projects external to UBSC
